If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please make sure you follow these steps below, and receive your cancellation email.
1. Go to your Billing Details section of your account at: https://www.digitaltheatre.com/account/billing/ and click "Cancel your Subscription".
2. Click "Cancel" on the next screen:
3. Click "Yes" on the confirmation page:
4. You will then be sent back to your Account page, and should see "Canceled Subscription".
5. You must check that you've received our cancellation email (please check your spam box), because it provides proof that it's been cancelled! If you haven't received the email, please contact us!
We'll be sorry to see you go – but you can resubscribe at any time you like without having to open a new account.
